We offer a 15-day return window for all REDMAGIC devices to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gaming gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your REDMAGIC account and navigate to 'My Orders' to submit a return request within 15 days of delivery.

  Technical Verification

  Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your device in its original box, include all original cables and manuals, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the hardware for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
